B&T Salon Policy
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will ensure that you have full time for your scheduled treatment. Please keep in mind that if you should arrive late, we will need to complete the service at the originally scheduled time and price in consideration of our next guest. If you should have to cancel your appointment, we require 24 hour notification.
Health issues
We request that you inform us of any current injury or illness prior to any procedures or treatments. This is to ensure proper care and treatments are given and to ensure that scheduled treatments do not, in any way, interfere with or exacerbate any medical challenges or issues you may have. Our clients' well-being is of utmost importance to us. Do not shave before getting services done.
Guarantee
Please let us know if you are not happy with your services right away. If you leave the shop, we do not guarantee if anything happens to your nails, but we will glad to fix or repair them for you within a week since you got your nails done.
Children policy
Please watch your children as we want to provide our clients a relaxing time, and we will not be responsible for any accidents of your children.
